Take as many clips as you can manage and save them for later in your phone in a folder called \u201cReels\u201d so you can pull from this later for other content that isn\u2019t listing-specific.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Not getting permission to film or take pictures<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Don\u2019t be that person. It\u2019s not your property or your listing. Always, always, <span class=\"s1\"><b><i>always <\/i><\/b><\/span>get permission to take photos and videos of a listing before you share them on social media. It\u2019s best to ask the agent ahead of time so you don\u2019t end up putting in that work just to be disappointed with a &#8220;no&#8221; when you go to ask.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>You\u2019re not creating enough intrigue<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Everyone loves a show-stopping house video, but if you&#8217;re featuring a listing that&#8217;s a little less luxurious, you still need to pique the viewers interest to get them to pay attention. Highlight unique features or things that are important to your ideal clients.
